Details: This flour is use for frying banana, sweet potato, taro, vegetable Instruction for use: -Dissolve 250g of flour in 250ml of water, then put in 14g of sugar and stir well. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes before frying. Vanilla can be add to increase the delicious taste. -Banana are peeled, cut in half, put in a plastic bag and press thin. -Dip the banana into the mixture of flour, use chopsticks to prevent mixture from curdling. -Heat oil pan and fry banana for the first time. Continue deep for the second time until the two surfaces turn golden brown, put them on oil control paper for 2-3 minutes, then it is ready to serve.
