Heirloom Hens Egg Eggplant Seeds produce small egg size, flavorful, mild eggplants. The flesh is prized for its sweet, mild, mushroom like texture and flavor, especially when harvested the size of a large egg.  Growth habit from 20 to 30 inches tall with fruits 2 inches in diameter and up to 3 inches long.  Best picked at its peak tenderness and flavor when harvested at 2-3 inches long. Maturity in 65-70 days from transplant.  Can be used as an ornamental plant.
